Registration Notice
Registration Notice: It is of great importance that all participants of IBAC 2025 complete their registration in order to ensure the smooth organization of the congress registration and program.
Participants who have not yet registered are kindly requested to complete their registration by 28 September 2025.
Presentation Type: Kindly indicate whether your presentations are intended as poster or oral and send this information to ibac@balikesir.edu.tr

Poster Presentation Guidelines
Structure: Posters must consist of three sections: Introduction and Objective, Scope and Methodology, and Findings and Conclusion. An abstract section is not required.
Font: All text should be written in Arial font. Figures and tables are encouraged to enrich the content.
Size: Posters should preferably be prepared in vertical format with dimensions of 70 × 100 cm.
Text and Font Sizes
Poster text must be easily readable from a distance of 1–2 meters. The recommended font sizes are as follows:
Paper Title: 54 pt (bold, all uppercase letters).
Author Names: 42 pt (bold, upper and lower case letters). Titles should not be included. Surnames must be written in uppercase letters, and the presenting author's name should be underlined. All authors' email addresses should be provided immediately below their names in small font.
Affiliation/Institution: 36 pt (regular, upper and lower case letters). Institutions represented by the authors should be marked with superscript numbers corresponding to their names. Institutional addresses should appear below the author names.
Section Headings: 36 pt (bold, uppercase letters).
Main Text: 32 pt (regular).
References: 18 pt (regular).
